ABOUT SARA TUULIA
Sara Tuulia Kokko is a Finnish singer, songwriter and worshipper of Jesus Christ.
She lives in Finland in the city of Lahti and she teaches music and dance at her school of creative arts called The Fragrance of Love. Sara loves to write poems, giving encouraging, comforting & prophetic messages to people full of love and truth which she unites with her music. In Sara’s music the heaven and the earth meet and you can feel that there is a great change in the air and the presence of the Christ.
Tuomas Auvinen, a musical evangelist in Japan and the doctor of philosophy says that: ”Sara is a strong-voiced, skilled and dedicated singer. As a brave performer, she knows how to make contact with the audience and touch the listeners' souls”. Sara has studied music in Osthrobotnian Conservatory and Centria University of Applied Sciences musicpedagogy singing as the major subject .
Sara’s passion for music started since she was young. She made her first leading role at Kindergarten musical ”Little Cat Moon” (Kisu pikkukuu) and sang her first solo at a musical performance at the age 6. Sara started her musical studies with violin at the Conservatory at age 8, but singing has been the most passionate form of expression for her. When Sara was 12 years old she made her second main role at a Christian school musical called Liekit (Fires) composed by a gospel musician called Pekka Simojoki. In that musical that young lady wanted to put the gospel and Christ at first and preach the gospel in a different country. Topic of the musical is very near to Sara, because she has always had the passion to share the gospel wherever she is. Later, in 2017 Sara went to Mosambik to the Heidi Bakers Bible school and helped and loved orphans there and also sang her song ”Healing” in Pemba in Mosambik to the people from many nations. Sara has found a presence of the Lord always very strong when she started singing and dancing before the Lord when she was young and felt lonely or sad. When her parents divorced when she was 5-year old, Jesus Christ came to her hiding and safe place since young age and Sara learned to co-work and flow with the Holy Spirit.
Sara’s one highlight in her music career has been her graduation concert in Osthrobotnian Conservatory in 2015 what was called: ”I love Jesus - concert” Sara sang there mostly her own songs. Sara has been a solo singer in Osthrobotnian Jazz Orchestra, and at most highlight with Jazz Orchestra to Sara was Randy Newman's song " You've got a friend in me" which Sara sang as a duetto with Jukka Lamminen.
Sara has also been leading worship in different churches in Finland, for example at Love Story Church, Wof-Church, Kääntöpiiri Church, Word in Zion Church and Lutheran Churches. She has been a gospel choir leader at a Lutheran Church of Kälviä & Chapel of Suvela. Sara has been working as teacher in kids music & mission work camps in Kalajoki Christian institute.
Sara has had her first own cafe concert in Cafe Nannen Nam Nam in Kokkola in the year of 2017 and she has been singing also at many weddings, funerals and celebrations. Sara released her first single & music video Beloved (Rakastettu) in 2021 what was filmed in Wales. Her second single and music video will be published in 31th of December 2024, which is filmed both in Israel and Lapland.
And her third single will be released in 2025.
